Kia Rio: Lighting System / High Mounted Stop Lamp
Repair procedures
| Removal |
| 1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 2. |
Open the tailgate. |
| 3. |
Remove the high mounted stop lamp (A) after loosening the mounting nuts.

| 4. |
Disconnect the washer nozzle (A) and high mounted stop lamp connector (B).
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Connect the washer nozzle and high mounted stop lamp connector. |
| 2. |
Install the high mounted stop lamp. |
| 3. |
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
Repair procedures Removal 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the license lamp assembly (A) after pressing the locking pin.
Repair procedures Removal Rear Combination Lamp (Outside) 1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2.
