Discharge refrigerant from refrigeration system. |

Replace faulty tube or hose.

Tighten joint of bolt or nut to specified torque.

Evacuate air in refrigeration system and charge system with refrigerant.

Inspect for leakage of refrigerant. Using a gas leak detector, check for leakage of refrigerant. |

Inspect A/C operation. |
Repair procedures Oil Specification 1. The HFC-134a system requires synthetic compressor oil (PAG) whereas the R-12 system requires mineral compressor oil.
