Put on gloves to protect your hands. |
|
When installing the belt, be careful not to damage the retractor. |

Remove the rear pillar trim. (Refer to Interior Trim - "Rear Pillar Trim") |

Remove the rear seat belt upper anchor (A) after loosening the mounting bolts.
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the seat belt retractor connector (A).
|
| 4. |
Remove the rear seat belt retractor (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.
|
| 5. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.
|

Remove the rear seat assembly. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly") |

Remove the rear pillar trim (A) by using a remover.

Remove the rear door scuff trim.

Remove the rear partition trim (A) after looseing the mountin screw.

Remove the rear wheel house trim (A) after looseing the mountin screw.

Remove the rear center seat belt cover (A).

Remove the rear package tray trim (A).

Remove the rear seat belt retractor (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Repair procedures Inspection 1. Disconnect the key warning switch connector (A) and ignition switch connector (B) from the steering column. 2. Check for continuity between the terminals.
Repair procedures Inspection • Wrap tin foil around the end of the voltmeter test lead to prevent damaging the heater line. Apply pressure on the tin foil with hand and move the tin foil along the grid line to check for open circ
