Description and operation
Description

The ISG OFF switch on the floor console can be used to deactivate the ISG function.

Repair procedures
Removal
1.

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.

Remove the front console upper cover.

(Refer to Body - "Floor Console Assembly")

3.

Disconnect the front console upper cover switch connector (A).

4.

Remove the front console upper cover switch (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

Installation
1.

Install the front console upper cover switch.

2.

Connect the front console upper cover switch connector.

3.

Install the front console upper cover.

4.

Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Inspection
1.

Remove the ISG switch.

(Refer to ISG System - "ISG Swtich")

2.

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between switch terminals.

3.

If there is no continuity, replace the ISG OFF switch.
