Check all the clamps for tightness and the connections for leakage. |

Visually check the vapor lines and hoses for cracks, leaks, loose connections, or deformation. |
Fuel filler cap

Visually check that the fuel tank cap assembly and gasket (A) are not deformed or damaged.

Repair procedures Inspection [Kappa 1.0 T-GDI] Check the valve clearance. If necessary, adjust the valve clearance by replacing the tappets.

Description and operation Description The intake actuator is located at the blower unit. It regulates the intake door by signal from control unit. Pressing the intake selection switch will shift between recirculation and fresh air modes.
