Repair procedures

Removal
1.

Remove wheel nuts, rear wheel and tire from rear hub.

Tightening torque:

107.9 - 127.5 N·m (11.0 - 13.0 kgf·m, 79.6 - 94.0 lb·ft)

  

Be careful not to damage to the wheel nuts when removing the wheel and tire.

2.

Loosen the shock absorber lower bolt.

Tightening torque:

98.0 - 117.6 N·m (10.0 - 12.0 kgf·m, 72.3 - 86.7 lb·ft)

  

Set up the transmission jack under the torsion beam in order to remove the shock absorber in no-load condition.

3.

Remove the rear coil spring.

4.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Description and operation Description The intake actuator is located at the blower unit. It regulates the intake door by signal from control unit. Pressing the intake selection switch will shift between recirculation and fresh air modes.
