Repair procedures

Removal and Installation
1.

Remove the oil level gauge (A).
2.

Remove the intake manifold.

(Refer to Intake And Exhaust System - "Intake Manifold")

3.

Remove the oil level pipe (A).

Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N·m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf·m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb·ft)

4.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  

Apply engine oil on the o-ring of the pipe before assembly.

    Repair procedures Removal 1. Drain the engine oil. (Refer to Lubrication System - "Engine Oil") 2.
